crash to character select

@ 8:12AM Pacific time 03/26/16. I was in Tursh about to complete a quest when I got kicked to the select screen. When I logged back in from there, the UI was all wiped clean, but I was able to complete the current quest before I noticed the UI. I exited the game and restarted and I was rolled back to before the crash with the UI intact and the quest still available.

9:12PM Pacific 03/26/16 crashed all the way to desktop.

Just crashed to desktop 11:20am ET after reloading spawnscripts, after editing ethereal_study.lua

Error reading lua script the_discord_of_kaon as we crashed out.

8:44Am 03/26/16 wife and I both crashed to desktop. I was not actively editing anything at that time.

I was editing DBE scripts, but not doing anything in game. Specifically the quest "Resource Denial"

You should have a quantity on RemoveItem():
Code: Select all
function completed(Quest, Player)
RemoveItem(Player, ethereal_globe, 6)
end
function abandoned(Quest, Player)
RemoveItem(Player, ethereal_globe, 6)
end
I changed it.

The script looks okay, but is empty. I'm not sure if an empty init() can cause issues. We will have to keep an eye on that.

I can't get back on. I don't know if the server is down, or if I'm having internet problems again (my ISP has been having intermittent DNS problems)
