Details:
When you get the quest "They Hate The Smell" a particule effect is displayed on the top of the "Carmellia Flowers" but when you harvest it and the carmellia flower desapear the particule effect is not removed.

Since I can't see particle effects on my clients these bugs are impossible to address.
Something deeper is going on with this. In the logs a code is passed to each flower to make it show the red exclamation point and become interactive.
That seems to enable the particles for some people, but they behave badly.
There are other quest interactives that are not supposed to show particles, such as an altar that updates a quest, or food to poison, etc.
I'm guessing there are some entity types settings or some other factor involved in this.
