Bug ID : 301 - Emote problems - reproduced (Re-assigned)
Bug Date : 2015/10/28 04:49:30
Reassigned To: Xinux
Priority : Low

Category : VGClient
Sub-Category : Graphics: Animation
Severity : Standard
Reproducible : Every time
Details:
Checked emotes and noticed that if the target is in my field of view, some emotes don't animate as they should. But if i don't have a target or i turn around (so that the characters head doesn't turn to look at the target anymore), the same emotes work fine. The eomtes are:
-crackneck, -dismiss, -smellpit, -spit, -crazy, -cough, -comeover, -introduce, -love, -swoon, -offering, -pourdrink, -fliphair, -shy, -whistle, -cheers, -drink, -rofl, -chuckle, -cackle, -disagree, -ashamed, -agree, -talk, -talksad, -talkangry, -talkhappy, -count, -aha, -scratchhead, -boggle, -ponder, -idea, -lookaround
...and the emote /beg does not work at all (if it is/was implemented)

i hope that helps you a bit in your great project.

/beg will not work cause the client changes it to /begincharge so i'm guessing they changed or got rid of that emote at some point.

I'm looking into the other issue now.

Ok so we are sending the packet correctly and from what i can tell it only effects emotes that involve head movement and it only affects the player doing the emote other people around you see the animation correctly.
