Details:
Chatting periodically is delayed. As well as other / commands. Can't really replicate it - just happens at random seems like.

Confirmed here, just now, on NT.
But as i saw when i worked on continents' channels, a very big work should be done with chat channels... and some are always missing, like auction-qualia auction-thestra ... but it's another story ^^

updated 2 or 3 things into the chat code, i would like to try it on NT... even if i already know that will not drastically improve the perf.

Current SVN should be on NT so we'll wait to hear of any reports - otherwise we can close this defect.

Chat is intermittently very laggy. Sometimes what I type shows up almost immediately, other times it takes 10-20 seconds.
