Vanguard Utilities and Helpers

Here's another thing we could probably collect and host ourselves; Those handy tools those hard-working players wrote to help them through their lives in Vanguard:Saga of Heroes. One I can think of off the top of my head (and just found on my hard drive) was a "Wardship Tracker" application. One of my guildmates made it, though I cannot recall who at this moment.
If you have any useful tools, especially raid/combat parsers, please upload them to your post here. Thanks in advance.
Note: If the website that developed/hosts the software is still alive, please LINK the website instead of attaching the application - we don't want to anger the gods. But, you should download the files now before they disappear into oblivion.

Clawmark's VG Parser Plugin for ACT and of course:

ParseThis (this may be the one I used on our raids)
But I cannot find hYpe's files anywhere
