Details:
While testing items:
1) Items placed on a character do not appear on character after rifting unless you open the character portrait and hover over an item. Hovering over one item repops all items on character .
2) When hovering over an item, It will stop the item from displaying on character. You must click the item and then place it back in its slot for it to appear on your character
