Weird that the ranges don't match up with quest requirements. For example, the faction requirements for Celestine Ward armor have the same breaking points (for first two tiers, anyways):

2000 CW Faction unlocks the Bubbling catalyst (T1 catalyst)
5000 CW Faction unlocks the Coagulated catalyst (T2 catalyst)

But that wouldn't be the first oddity I've noticed in Vanguard.

I'm just happy to have someone willing to un-nerf faction working on it. Thanks again for your work.

I don't really find that strange at all. It makes things better as different quest lines will have different points at which things progress. All based on what the designer is planning.
