Easy way to keep that from happening is attach a timer to it so it can not change facing once every so many second.

Damn, hell of an update list! I agree with John on this one, always was annoyed that npcs wouldn't turn to face you when you talked to them. Like sure... Lets do business while I'm standing behind you!

let him start the parley as usual, once the npc turns around and sees you he plays the "kos" card
