Just to be clear, I'm pretty sure I don't have any non-deleted characters referencing chunk 33.

Ok, character "Sthelany" was in chunk 33, which has been moved to Isle of Dawn.
From the list of characters, I see 1 account on multiple servers, all active (non-deleted) so that could be the cause of "Waiting on data..."
New Telon crashed? I noticed my RDP session was booted, assuming Xinux restarted the world. Did he get you a stack? I didn't see one posted. Was it the same crash? I replaced KickDupe* with what you sent me, btw.

The stack pointed to unable to pull chunk info and that is when i saw that character was in chunk 33 and lokked reminded me that is a bad chunk. What you may want to do is reset everyone to chunk 1 since we got the chunk lockout and such working.

There are no characters in 33 or 110, the two zones I removed from the database.
