Re: Points of interest in the world
298 and 298 are two other interesting zones I have never seen before...
They might be from something after I left, but they are new to me!
294 is neat too.
Neat finds! 298 looks like Nexus.

Wow, Rift 298 is some place I've never seen before. Maybe another work in progress by the devs? 294 looks like a copy of the Pantheon, but it's in shambles and destroyed. Never saw that either.. Very interesting!
Thats (294) the Halls of Shattered Souls where the plan was to reward upgraded epics and T4 pota gear iirc. It was never finished, but the devs opened it up in the last few months of the game. It actually ended up being itemized, because exile beat 2 or 3 of the raid mobs in there and got some T4 pota gear . One raid mob, Seth Onibas, was awesome. He would shapeshift between classes randomly and would start using abilities from those classes. His necro pet was a beast, and if he changed into a cleric, it was a guaranteed wipe. His aegis of blades would shred the raid in seconds.

Re: Points of interest in the world
It looks like we have plenty of areas to add content to once the base emulator is complete.
I would assume we probably won't need 6 "shards" of APW either, so we can re-use a few of the "shards" to create new encounters if we wanted as well.
So we have PoTA B (multiple instances), Phankor Zhi, Stiirhad, Cave of Wonders, Nexus, and possible extra copies of APW to add content to. Not to mention the few dungeons under level 50 that were not itemized or completed.

.rift 363 Alyssas Chance. A bit out to sea from this zone is an island/zone called the Blinding shallows, which has a rez altar. Some clickable quest pillar. A pit with Orpheun ( The Redeemer ). Also a portal of some kind. Anyone remember anything about this place?
In Alyssas chance zone there is also a small island some ways out into the ocean when heading for Blinding shallows with some altars and pillars.
I cant remember ever being around this part but it looked interesting. Blinding shallows island also has some lost adventurer npc's aswell as players races and lizardmen pit observers.
Would appreciate any info on this zone. Im guessing some high end crafting quest place perhaps?

I believe, although never did this myself, that is where you were sent if you took the wrong pill to get into PotA.

My leet strat of feeding the ooze pets and minions was excellent. Its sad to say how broken and untuned that fight was, it was the most complete of those HoSS mobs.
