Bind on Equip Items listed as Soulbound

A lot of items from Live VG that were originally Bind on Equip (BoE) were recorded as Soulbound (Because people were wearing them when recorded). Because of this we have to manually fix each item. There's a large list of them.

If you run across such an item, please reply here with the following:

Item Name (Please make sure you are spelling it correctly, even if the name has a typo in it in game)
Item ID #
Other Notes: If you find anything else wrong with it, you can post this here too while we're looking into it.

Please do not post any other item problems, this is specifically for BoE items showing as Soulbound in game.

Is there any way to know for sure that the item is supposed to be BoE instead of Soulbound?

Best way to know for certain is to try to look it up online in a wiki or something that maybe has a pic of it. Note: This will probably not work out as common items are very difficult to find online.

Second best way to know: If it says Soulbound (unbindable) on pickup then it was probably BoE originally. Feel free to list any of those you find.

Generally rare (yellow) and higher quality items (Red, Orange, Purple, Gold, etc) were soulbound or (Bind on Pickup), though not always. Some Blue stuff was BOP and some Rares were BoE. But we'll worry about the outliers later. Right now we want to get as many as we can find.

Not sure if you have come to any conclusion but I have a suggestion.

Anything that drops from any mob is BoE. Anything that comes from a quest is BoP. If the need for certain items to be changed arise, then change them as you go.

I do not know what tools you have to change this part of items so obviously this might not be faster. But it feels like instead of having someone try to look at every single item and determine was it or wasn't it, just do it this way.

I feel like the game can afford to be less than 100% like the live version, just do what makes sense and is easier/faster.

I'm afraid that your solution is not as simple as you make it sound. And if it were as simple as that, we probably would have done it already.
