NPC teleports to locked zones

I was wondering if you could eventually put in NPC's that have teleports to the zones that are currently locked off by a questline? It would be fun to explore some areas that some people didn't get to see. Here's the list that I came up with, I'm not sure if it's complete or not.

- City of Brass
- Cave of Wonders (multiple areas?)
- Shadow Hilsbury
- Trickster's Haven (2nd part)
- Xennumet
- Rakasha Citadel (I'm not 100% sure but I vaguely remember a teleport to another area after a long questline)

If anyone can remember any other areas please add them.
