Tursh: Marcus Remniol offer's his quest "Diplomatic Training" without first grabbing the quest "Diplomacy" from High Inquisitor Velman, which makes for odd gameplay flow.

Yes, I removed the prerequisite of the "Diplomacy" quest on "Diplomatic Training" because I thought it would be a bit awkward to have to go all the way back to the other quest just to come right back to be able to pick it up. But the way I did it, the first quest is still doable which is weird if you pick up the first quest and are sent to the second quest and can't pick it up because you finished it already.

I've heard this is how Live worked though so I'll just leave it as is. Still a source of experience doing that quest if you want.
