Details:
For the diplomacy quest to get Hiro Tentrees' supplies, I was somehow able to duplicate the supplies in the reward window by closing it right after winning the parley. Once I opened up, I could snatch up 2 supplies. This seems kinda useless since it's a quest item and has no further purpose than to finish the quest itself, but I fear it could potentially be done with equipment etc.
