Thanks to the developers, quests now have their quest number added onto the quest name in your quest log. If you need to reset a quest to test it, just use /say .quest reset ID#.

For example, if you are resetting the quest "Free Captive Brownies - 3571", you would use /say .quest reset 3571 in game. This way you do not have to reset all your quests just to test one, and you don't need to ask a dev to give you the quest ID anymore.

If you have already completed a quest and then realized there might be a bug, quest completion notices should show up in your chat log (Assuming you have that enabled in your chat.) I believe it is on by default.

Bumping this becaue we're getting bug reports for things we can't/haven't done yet.

I might need to update the original post as it's probably out of date now, but still, some of what's there, we're getting reports on.

Keep in mind that we are focusing on level 1-10 content right now. Spells/abilities might not be scripted past that. If they are, great. If they do nothing, don't report it, it hasn't been scripted.

There are a lot of items in game that aren't scripted. For the most part, only necessary quest item clickies have been scripted and some food. Beyond that, it just means a designer decided to go ahead and script something. Please don't expect item clickies to work, especailly if you got something as a random loot drop.

Added the following under "Diplomacy" for the "What you don't need to report" section:

ALL Diplomacy parleys currently have a cooldown of 5 minutes if you lose or cancel. This includes quest parleys. We will make it so quest parleys don't have this cooldown, but for now they do. We are aware of this and you don't need to bug it.

I don't see Necromancer on the list of class abilities. is it being tracked somewhere else?

I believe Necro was done by Faux, who is the class ability developer. He probably didn't make a content designer link to it. I believe he has the 1-10 abilities mostly working, based on what we have available so far.

I have added Hathor Zhi under the list of what you shouldn't be bug reporting. HZ is missing a lot of data, especially related to quests. We will probably have to build this area from scratch. We are going to set it so none of the quests work in this zone so we don't get anymore bug reports on it.

Guys, if you see NPCs/Mobs on top of each other, or more NPCs/Mobs than should be around - you don't need to bug report it. It means the area has not been cleaned up yet. Cleaning up an area is one of the last things we do (Importantly because we need to make sure that any quest-necessary mobs have enough up and available for people running quests).

So please, don't bug report areas that aren't cleaned up - unless we say that everything should be done in the chunk.

Just a quick update on some chunks:

Khal (Not cliffs of Ghelgad) and Qa Riverbank have *extremely old* scripts, some of the first that were on the server are still up there. I will be getting to update those quests, but pretty much every single thing (At least in QA Riverbank) and most of the later Khal quests need to be redone. We're getting a lot of bug reports on them, and I'd rather not update one or two quests as they come in, but update the entire chunk as one big effort.

So for now, we are aware that later Khal Quests and Qa Riverbank quests are not performing up to our current standards. We will get to them hopefully very soon. I need to do Tanvu first though.

Updated the original post with the following:

General Gameplay Known Issues: (Edited Feb 3, 2018)
1. "You are already looting a corpse". - This is a message in the client that the devs have yet to track down. This is a leftover issue from the days of SOE. If you get this issue, just type /endloot and it will stop.
2. Character trapped at character load in screen. If this happens, please try /camp at the loading screen. You will not be able to see what you're typing. This will send your character back to the character select. Sometimes selecting and trying again works.
-If your character is consistently stuck, on the loading screen, type /say .rift 1. Again you will not be able to see what you're typing. If you copy and paste that line, hit enter first, paste, hit enter again to make sure it goes through. Give it a few minutes, it should rift you to IOD. If you're already on IOD, then use /say .rift khal
-If none of the above works, contact a GM on a different toon, on IRC, or here on the forums.
3. Mob spawns/Named locations - Currently named are not checked against each other on spawn. So if a named has multiple locations, there is still a chance they will spawn in all of those locations. They are not checked to see if one is already up on spawn. We do not currently have that functionality. So you don't need to bug report named showing up in multiple places at once.
