Few things you can try.

1. Delete the Caches folder from the bin folder in the Vanguard directory
2. Make sure you got Directx installed https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... aspx?id=35

I'm having the same troubles where I'm getting kicked out of the game. I have no troubles getting back in at all, but each time it only lasts a few minutes and then I'm back to my desktop again. I've got an updated MSI laptop running windows 10 and it's got a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz. I've tried deleting the cache folder and directx is installed. I was just wondering if this user ever found the problem or if anyone else could possibly help. Thanks.

if you have a Ryzen, try this https://www.vgoemulator.net/phpBB3/view ... f=2&t=4580
If you don't, make sure VG is set to single core for your GPU/software.

I don't have a Ryzen. I have a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz. I did download the bitsum program and set it to run on one core and was kicked out the same way and also tried just disabling hyperthreading on another attempt with the same results.

Here is my vanguard log file if that helps. I've deleted and re-downloaded the game using the instructions on the site, set the game to run on cpu 0 only using project lasso. I still get booted from the game after just a minute or so of logging onto my necro. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again.

This is a shot in the dark since I'm not a tech person, but other people have reported that their antivirus has done some weird things to their vanguard installations. You might want to try disabling it for a test to see if that's what's causing it to close on you.

I know I'm a terrible person but I just have the windows defender running. All I do is game on this computer so I'm not terribly worried lol. I can try shutting that off and see if it makes a difference. Thanks!

So after shutting everything windows defender related down including the firewall, I still get booted from the game. For some reason unknown to me it starts shutting the game down fairly quickly after getting in. You can see in the log where it starts shutting down 2 minutes after logging my character into the game. Same as with the original poster. /shrug Your guess is as good as mine. I'm not a tech guy either lol. Thanks for trying though.

6900xt
Asus B650 TUF Gaming
64gigs Corsair (AMD QVL)
All on a SSD
Clean 10 install. Clean dl and reinstall of VG.
I installed the Lasso and set the game to 1 cpu core
Still crashing
Anyone find a workaround for this yet?

Weird thing is... lol .. it was playing JUST FINE on my OLD 3800 cpu/asus sabertooth990/64gigs(but mb/chipset is failing... only reading 16gigs for months now)/Nearly 10yo SSD
VG installed a year ago maybe? Never had any video issues or crashing (other than old slow machine and R9 270X video which stuttered but didn't hijack the machine or crash ever)
