Diplomat's Saga: The Hobgoblin Threat - 7562

I completed Parlay with Juritor Aya Sa of Tanvu. Then stopped to do Shul Redwine. Then did Aoma Sixfish. Now my compas keeps pointing to Shul Redwine.

Ah yes, the summary of this quest tells you the order you need to complete the objectives but the quest never mandated that you do them in that order.

This is fixed now though. You parley with Aya Sa first and then the Tentree residents will open to you and you will be able to parley them. The Shui objective will not appear or be completeable until you have parleyed with all 3 Tentree Residents (Aoma, Kamashi, and Hiro).

There won't be compass points pointing to the residents. You just have to look through the town for the people with those names. It is not a large area to look around though. With this forced order it will make more sense to go to the compass location to finish the quest with Shui right after you parley him.
