Details:
When I started this character, I had all 3 combat forms. I recently (around level 6) lost the ability "Dance of Blades." I still have it up according to my effects bar, but I no longer see it on my forms window, and when I try /combatformset, it tells me I don't have knowledge of that. I still have Water Dance and Careen of hte Cunning, though the latter doesn't seem to take effect.
