Hello everyone

Well, what can I say ... I'm back playing Vanguard, who'd ever thought this would happen!!
I started playing on those crazy, crazy days at release where patches were coming out within days of each other. Loved the game from the start and introduced my friend to it who'd never played an mmo before. His favourite phrase "So those are real players wandering around?"
I've played numerous mmo's but started in SWG before my friend saw the advert for Vanguard in the magazine. We dreamed of sailing on boats, visiting islands and seeing what trouble we could get in and during the games life thats exactly what we did. Our favourite times though were the dungeons like Greystone that took days if not weeks to complete by which time you'd inevitably out-level it. I was the 'huntmaster' in my guild (Lux Arcana) and used to organise group events 5 or 6 times a week across all levels even going so far as having a regular RI group on the same night every week for over a year, lost count of how many people completed it!!
We have both been on a few days now, going through IoD with several characters before setting out to explore Telon yet again.
As for me ... I'm rapidly approaching 50, married with a young girl and a labrador living in the South-East of England. I also support Spurs for all the football fans out there
So keep an eye out for a couple troublesome gnomes, going into dungeons they shouldn't and training mobs past you all the time laughing their heads off.
Snuggles!!
