I'm working on Artisan's Sagak: No More Mythos - 8169. The recipe I received says it is missing ingredients, which I presume are the artifacts mentioned in the text. The quest leads me to the ritual area, but there is nothing live there. There is a large orange ball that is "hot", but it is not clickable. I can't figure out how to proceed with the quest. I think something is missing, but the quest text and instructions aren't very clear.
