Tried Using a Resonating Powder of Health on Raider's Leather Chest. It says under Enhance 2: Armor (All). I would take that that mean it works on all armor (of apprentice tier of course). It is not available as an option while crafting even though I have it selected. All the other Resonating powders work well it seems. I made Raider's Gloves of Accuracy and Raider's Belt of Celerity etc., but the resonating powder of healther doesn't work. Is it mislabeled maybe
