By Night quest: Read on discord that the Sona escort piece was disabled and you just need to go straight to Lieutenant Milran. Upon reaching the Lieutenant, the quest shows complete but the quest on the Lieutenant still shows blue, cant turn in. Also, the quest log shows comlete at well.
