Qualian Amateur Outfitter quest leads to Ravnul Greska at Qa Riverbank/North Neamsog Bunker - however "completing" the quest doesn't give the Amateur quest... and it doesn't appear possible to pick up this quest anywhere else (have checked Qualian crafting areas and Kojani crafting areas - haven't checked all of Thestra yet). Also no way to undo the "Seeking the trainer" quest - which presumably blocks ability to pick up the same quest anywhere else...
