Quest 1751 - Nalzen's Regards (DE Diplomacy Line)
Player is to meet Korothi at loc -71948, -17754, -3216 in Hathor Zhi (-15, -10). speak with her to complete quest 1751 and then have the Domino Cult Assassin assassinate her. The assassin is in place. Korothi is in place. However, Korothi does not respond to /hail or right click and will not engage with player. An attempt of .quest reset 1751 resets the character's quest and Korothi offers 1751 again at her original loc -71948, -17754, -3215. Retaking quest 1751 from Korothi does not make her interactive at the second location.
