Obtaining all Blackribbon Adders Blands for the quest Blackribbon Venom (367) does not complete the quest and allow a turn in with Bjorn Rolgar at Derogar's Outpost. Collected all 8 first time and couldn't turn in. Dropped quest and did it again, could not turn in second time either. Thanks!
