The Reasonable Gloves given as a reward from Redria Fernpillow in Rindol Field (Tursh Chunk) for completing one of her Halfling Newby Diplomacy quests don't function. The discription states that they give "+1 Reason at the beginning of Parley", however no bonuses are currently being granted during Parleys. I know this item actually worked in retail and gave me that +1 green dot of reason at the start of a Parley.
