Necro buff: Weight of the Ghost -- it adds a levitation effect. When hailing a trainer, it interferes with Training. I was able to hail the trainer, ask to train, and the Ability Training panel comes up, but then it insta-closes. Only after dismissing Weight of the Ghost was the panel able to stay open so I could train. I do not know if this would extend to other versions of Levitation spells from other classes.
