Was in Veskal's Exchange (not bug reporting VE, as requested!) and used Rift stone to teleport to Tanvu. When I arrived in Tanvu, I dropped in next to the Tanvu rift stone and immediately died! LOL pretty sure I wasn't offered the option to buy travel insurance...
