1. I collected all the necessary items to complete Ice Drake Disparity - 5351
2. I went to turn in some other quests at the Northern Border.
3. The NPC Hendar showed that I had a completed quest, so I spoke to him. The quest was "The Truth is in the Toes - 5349," which I had already completed as a precursor quest to "Ice Drake Disparity - 5351."
4. I clicked the quest dialog to turn it in without thinking about it, and Hendar removed the item "Drake Front Claw" from my inventory.
5. I am now unable to complete the quest "Ice Drake Disparity - 5351." I attempted to farm another quest item, but couldn't get one to drop.
