This is connected to a bug I just reported, I dinged 20 finished a missive from renton keep the recalled to go train a veskals. I landed at a wildly different location than the bind point. It dropped me several minutes away ina dangerous area. I just noticed that when I landed I'm no longer lvl 20, I;ve lost about 11 k experiece, probably my last 4 kills and the missive completion exp.
