On this toon i am unable to view work orders anywhere in game. While i am able to take the Artificer Training: Work Orders - 784 in Bordinar's Cleft, the Finishing Taskmaster Davrin Goldsmith has an empty list and cannot continue the quest. I am at level 9 in Artificer and a high elf in case there is some race issue between the dwarf trainders and a high elf, but i'd done the quests up to this point without issue.
Exiting the game and restarting does not help. Chunking does not help -- all other task masters i've tried also have an empty list. Gamebreaking since tasks are a good exp source.
This issue does not exist on my other characters.
