I am trying to do "Artificer Training: Work Orders 784" in Bordinar's Cleft but the taskmaster has an empty available list and only has the view work orders option in his dialog window. I have abandoned the quest, quit and relogged, and re-taken the quest but unable to interact with Davrin Goldsmith other than to open the empty avaialble work order list. If this is required for doing work orders, than I'm totally blocked.
