Looking at a Lasher Mauler in Ksvari Gulch in Qalia. This bug seems reproducable on almost every mob I've encountered to this point in the game.
If I am at a slightly different elevation, I can not get LoS on things. If I toggle around, I can sometimes find a small spot that I can get LoS, but LoS does not behave as I'd anticipate when at different elevations.
