Drop rates for quest items in all regions are very low for most (if not all quests) when grouping. Maybe this has something to do with group loot issues. Only one Lizardman Tooth dropped after 30 minutes in a group of five hunting for these. The drop rate of Snapper Shells was alos low. This happens when grouping, not solo.
