Working on Artisan's Saga: Ulvari Counter - 7547, I was crafting the recipe Wards of Vothdar and receive the "Minor Slip Up" complication which only lists an "Effectiveness" penalty. I expected this to only reduce how effective the result of the next few skills I used; however, it seemed to instead reduce the progress I already made on the "Cleaner" phase from 73% to 69%. I did not expect progress to be lost, as "Station Progress Penalty" is listed as a separate effect on other complications.
