There is a discrepancy between player skill levels and the skill level displayed in the character sheet, Skills tab. For example, my Two-handed Slashing shows as 100 in the Skills tab, but it is still leveling up. None of the other skills on the Skills tabe correlate to the value of my actual Two-handed Slashing either.
