I have suddenly become unable to address Complications while crafting. Even if I have the tools or utilities required (and equipped), it does nothing. My Action Points are unchanged and either simply nothing happens or I lose the amount of Utilities that should enable it to be addressed and instead nothing occurs. I receive no error message, so I have to assume this is a bug and not a consequence of me doing something wrong.
This is specifically for my character Setharra and seems to have started within the past day. (I am unsure if this extends to my other characters.)
