When doing the quest 'Artisan's Saga; Ulvari Purge' - 7548 it offered a strange reward for a crafting quest; the 'Vothdar Priest Tunic', which is a diplo item. I don't recall ever being rewarded with a diplo item when doing crafting quests in live.
