Extra skillups from crafting

I was leveling up an Artificer crafter to do some testing and I noticed this small bug. It appears while doing some IoD quests, I was getting skillups for finishing parent skills while doing a refining quest. The quest was https://vanguard.fandom.com/wiki/Artisa ... ri_Counter. I did notice getting wrong skillups from previous quests in the artisan's saga but I don't remember which ones without making another toon to go through it. This was for Artificer and I'm not sure if it occurs for other trades as well.

Followup - Was testing T2 artificer WOs and noticed that artificer refining WOs were giving Forming and Artificing skillups.

And T2 artifcer finishing WOs were giving both Forming and Artificing skillups.

It might be more, I'll keep adding to this as I find more oddities.
