The SOE All Access membership fee is a recurring charge; that means that you will automatically be charged the fee at the beginning of each cycle until you cancel. For example, if you purchase a three month membership you will be charged up front for the first three months and then automatically every three months until you cancel. You can cancel your All Access membership at any time, no questions asked. It is important to us that you are very happy with your SOE experience and we hope you will come back, but should you decide to cancel your membership, you can always log in to your account at soe.com and follow the prompts to cancel. If you do that, your membership will remain active until the end of the current paid cycle. Membership fees are nonrefundable and cannot be prorated.
Your membership and use of the game software are subject to SOE's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. SOE reserves the right, at any time and in its discretion, to change the pricing of the All Access membership, to add or remove games, and to modify the features of the SOE All Access membership.
