Sinisna's UI

  1. Very nice Sinisna, just have to figure out how to integrate MaddyCraft. Thanks.
  2. New VG player, and I really like the UI and wanted to say thank you for a minimalist theme. The few extra features I'm learning from it are a great help.
    I was just curious though (as I may have missed it), but how do you get the minimap and regular map to zoom in/out?

    Double left click to zoom in, right click to zoom out.
  4. Very nice, though I use DroxUI I was a Cmod lover for a very long time. I may check yours out, it shares the minimalist ideals of Cmod.
    Now if some one would remake Cmod, id be in heaven.
    Always great to see an active UI modder, keep up the work. And never keep it because ou think few will like it or too few players, if even one person likes it, thats a win!
  5. Just loaded it and i love it due to the fact its close to the default. But could you incorperate maddycraft into it =)

    Updated in accordance with this: The InfoMap Riftways window now displays the correct rift stone icon color on the Telon and Thestra tabs, as well as the appropriate adventuring level range on the Thestra tab.

    Thanks my friend you have made me happy
  9. Thank you for making this UI! It is fantastic! Absolutely fantastic. Never really enjoyed the use of custom UIs, so I'm very happy this has a flair for the original.
    Well done. Keep up the good work!
  10. Final update regarding the 7th August patch for Sinisna's UI as well as the Restore Default UI's Diplomacy and Integrate MaddyCraft 2.12 patches.

    In another thread, I read

  11. Most excellent UI! Glad I waited to download this untill today. Thanks Sinisna, great work.

    Maddy users that want the continental recipes dont forget to add " _Conti " to the " RefiningStart " line in the index as shown below.
    <!-- MaddyCraft -->
    <GameplayWindows directory="Windows">
    <Window filename="Maddy_RefiningStart_Conti.xml"/>
    <Window filename="Maddy_TableSetup.xml"/>
    <Window filename="Maddy_Crafting.xml"/>
    <Window filename="Maddy_CraftingRecipeDetails.xml"/>
    <Window filename="Maddy_CraftingSkills.xml"/>
    </GameplayWindows>
  12. Your UI is the absolute best , love it great work

    do you have any plans to make containers smaller by chance ?
  13. Sollux wrote:
    No, I do not at the moment. My UI uses the Default UI's inventory files, so that they are always up-to-date.
    You can however get those smaller container windows files from another UI, for example Alimora's DroxUI 2.7 update.

    Please note that I have not tested this myself. Nevertheless, the following steps will guide you in integrating those files, should you wish to do so:

    1. Copy the following 3 files, from the Windows subfolder in the DroxUI folder to the Windows subfolder in my UI folder:
    Drox_SmallInventory.xml
    Drox_SmallInventoryContainerTemplate.xml
    Drox_SmallInventoryPopups.xml

    2. In my UI folder, edit the file named Index.xml

    3. Find the following 3 lines:
    <Window filename="VGUIInventory.xml"/>
    <Window filename="VGUIInventoryContainerTemplate.xml"/>
    <Window filename="VGUIInventoryPopups.xml"/>

    4. Change them to:
    <!--<Window filename="VGUIInventory.xml"/>-->
    <!--<Window filename="VGUIInventoryContainerTemplate.xml"/>-->
    <!--<Window filename="VGUIInventoryPopups.xml"/>-->

    5. Towards the end of that same Index.xml file, find:
    <Window filename="Pets.xml"/>
    <Window filename="PlayerStatus.xml"/>
    <Window filename="RaidManagement.xml"/>

    6. After those 3 lines, but before the </GameplayWindows> line, add:
    <Window filename="Drox_SmallInventory.xml"/>
    <Window filename="Drox_SmallInventoryContainerTemplate.xml"/>
    <Window filename="Drox_SmallInventoryPopups.xml"/>
  14. thank you very much for taking the time to post the specific files

    hey, just letting you know info map was updated to reflect the current lvl for f2p... so if you waould like to change it in yours
  16. For those that have inquired about having the "faction hit lag" removed as per Graye's Various "tweaks" for VG post, I have not done so in my UI because not only do I like having the information regarding faction changes, but more importantly, I believe that the issue has been corrected (thank you devs!).

    mavrick475 wrote:
    Thanks Mav, I am indeed aware of this ;-)

    Updated on 19 August 2012 to integrate Soresha's InfoMap Advanced v2.5
  17. Sinisna@Telon wrote:
    Hahaha yes, if you read the fine print, Sinisna was helping me out with InfoMap. :)
  18. I was just about to try this UI but noticed that they made some changes to the UI in the latest patch.
    Does this affect the Sinisna UI?

    I do not know if it did or not, but either way it should not anymore.

    Updated for the 23 August patch (notes 1 and notes 2):
    - Updated RiftMaps.xml (Hathor Zhi and Temple of Dailuk)
    - Updated my Merchant.xml in accordance with the Default UI's VGUIMerchant.xml update
    - Edited the new VGUICommerceWnd.xml to remove the big Vanguard Marketplace icon, and added a new smaller icon to my Other Containers bar

    For those who would rather keep the Default UI's big icon:
    1. Open Sinisna's UI folder named "UI"
    2. Edit the file named Index.xml
    3. Change the <!--<Window filename="VGUICommerceWnd.xml"/>--> line to <Window filename="VGUICommerceWnd.xml"/>
    4. Change the <Window filename="Commerce.xml"/> line to <!--<Window filename="Commerce.xml"/>-->
  20. game does a CTD on launch with this UI for me. hope to see a patch ingame or even with the UI. not sure what the problem is as i'm not a coder.
