Hey! No crashing the servers on a Friday night

    Everything went down, launcher, forums - couldnt log in, and server crashed at 830 est.
    Who tripped over the powercord?

    Hamster busted out of his cage, chewed through a couple cables and got electrocuted, backup hamsters are incoming, but they are out of shape and currently having heart attacks..

    We are aware of connectivity issue and are currently investigating it.

    We can't blame he hamster this time though. He was on duty!

    Should have gone with Ferrets or at the very least stuck with the Gerbils. Why does everyone insist on using Hamsters....

    (I actually have a very old screenshot from beta of a dev or gm discussing that they were upgrading the social server from hamster to gerbil power and another one saying discussing the economics of using ferrets. It was Gm/Dev Artois at the time in Beta)

    Today seemed fine, but this past weekend was a nightmare :( between the log in issues, chunks crashing, server crashing, random CTD makes for a sour weekend.
