having trouble logging in type password and stuff then click play and then it just holds and nothing not even character screen and try to cntrl alt del out off it and cant end process any help plz
Not sure what that would be. I'm not a real computer wiz. But I would definitely post this in the support forums also.
One of the biggest recurring problems has been DirectX. Be sure you have v 9.0c installed. Another issue could be your browser. VG uses the IE settings regardless which browser you have as default. Check the support site for specifics on how to reset your IE options to their default without forcing you back to it. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but on Win7 it would be Control Panel / Internet Options / Advanced tab / Restore Advanced Settings button. Hope this helps.
