If the population is quite decent size and not ghost towns everywhere, Ill re-sub.. Right now i see "Medium" population current time 1:37AM U.S/canada Eastern time.
I have a permanent toon on Isle of Dawn and doing a / check has given a "more than 40" result throughout the day for a while now. I consider that a very good sign.
Somehow what I typed was duplicate. System failure. Medium isn't explained, and is vague, so is 40+. If you search most level ranges in groups of 5 you'll see 40+. Leaving a value of 400+. Still vague. Be nice if someone could just drop a number.
