If I add a RoRR I am pretty sure it will go up as that is how I got from 172 or so up to my current 178. Anyway I mentored to 28 and my Spell CDB was 228% in my stats tab. I removed 5 pieces including 2 denske ears. All 5 pieces had only Spell CDB and no General CDB and I was still at 228%. I could not remove more pieces without also removing General CDB. So next I removed every single piece of gear. I was at 150% as expected. I added a denske ear and went to 163.xx% and then added the second and it went to 170% on the nose. To me this shows that my sorc is capped at 20% Spell CDB but I do still have room to go up with General CDB. I just have no idea how much.
the stack 200 stones is nice but still would prefer 1000 one stack becus it eats up inventory 1000 stones = 20 klicks or lower the stone usage to 1 5 10 on the off hand epic
