I think it's called a chunk, but twice when I tried to enter the square dragonweir fortress is in I was kicked to the character select screen. Third try I got in, did my business, but then I was disconnected as I was about to leave, and now every time I try to log in to that character I'm disconnected before I can move him. I can log in to other characters and play them no problem.
Ya, it sounds like the chunk needs reset. I think that is what they do. Not sure if you put in a /petition or not. Hopefully someone else can chime in.
