Crashing to desktop

    After the log in issues were supposedly repaired on Saturday May 3rd, I am crashing to the desktop constantly. I can not stay connected for more than 3 or four minutes at a time. I was having a problem with crashing some for a few days prior to the log in issues on Saturday. However it was nothing like this now. I have done everything I know how to correct the problem and nothing is working. Please advise.

    Can you please list the steps that you have already taken, so that we can figure out which ones you need to try next?

    I have tried turning off my firewall and online security. I tried adjusting my settings to as low as possible even turning off sound all together. My computer is older but it was running ok before yesterday. Someone suggested that I needed to create a new bin file but I didn't know exactly how to go about that so I didn't do anything with it.

    OK so here are two things you can begin by testing:

    1. Validate your game assets as shown below.

    2. Cut your ..\Vanguard\bin folder and paste it on your Desktop.
    If you do not know how to do that, ask someone to do it for you or contact a Technical Support Representative.

    I was able to do part 1 and 2. It seems to have helped. Thank you!

    Thank you! I was able to do both parts and it seems to have worked. I am also having trouble with my cursor flickering which has started just this morning. I had thought it would be fixed by what I just did but it is still happening. It does not flicker outside of the game so I don't think it is my mouse faultering.

    I am not sure what may be causing that, but do you have the latest driver for your GPU (NVIDIA or AMD)?
