I'm in Ca'ial Brael at the moment, levelling my outfitter. I have 108 reputation with the Kojan Artisans faction. When I try to get new recipes from the instructor, it says I'm missing Kojan Novice Training. Can anyone tell me if there's a quest to get this, and where to go to pick it up please? I've looked around the crafting area but can't see anything that would help. (I'm new to Vanguard by the way, and just starting to get into crafting, so I'm hoping this isn't a really stupid question).
