I am a returning player from launch, and according to my account, I am entitled to the following things: In-game Item: Founders Title In-game Item: Magical Wand or Horseshoes One Year Anniversary The Visionary’s Signet of Promise 2nd Anniversary Event Ring Vanguard Legacy Subscription Char Slots Veteran Reward Eight Months Veteran Reward Fourteen Months Veteran Reward One Year Veteran Reward Six Months Veteran Reward Sixteen Months Veteran Reward Ten Months However, none of them appear to be available to any of my characters. A forum search turned up nothing. Any ideas?

So... I don't even get my founder's title for buying the game on the day it launched? That's bullsh*t.
yes , the 4 day window of notice that ended just before f2p induced many former players to return was your chance to claim your stuff.. perhaps a few more posts, petitions, and such will help the team understand that this was done with insufficient notice and incredibly bad timing. The "new" veterans reward system appears to be a box near the bankers , but as of yet we have recieved no explanation from any SOE source as to the nature and timing of this very visible box. perhaps they will reconsider the veteran claim issues and do something with the box to include them.
Presumably we will get access to some of these items again, once the new veteran reward system is in place. Though I wouldn't hold my breath.
