- Tattered Landsview Parchment has a rare drop rate - Landsview Scribe (Quest NPC) is agroable / attackable - Only 1 set of Armbands drop per event. - After the event has been completed or failed it takes 1 hour for the Landsview Scribe to respawn and event to reset. - Event text colour needs to be changed, its the same as default Guild Green.
